Transparency Builds Trust. Accountability Builds Confidence.
Most residents don’t want to micromanage—they just want to know the community is being run wisely and fairly.
That’s why transparency and accountability aren’t just buzzwords. They’re essential to maintaining trust.
As a board member, I’ll work to:
- Make financial reporting more understandable for everyone—not just accountants.
- Ensure performance is measured so we can tell if our dollars are being spent wisely.
- Make operations more open, so residents have visibility into decisions before—not after—they’re made.
Good governance doesn’t happen behind closed doors. The more residents know, the more confidence they’ll have in our direction.
Big Canoe is great. With more transparency and accountability, it can be even better.
