A Culture of Trust
A Strong Community Starts With Trust
Less Us vs. Them. More We. Over the years, frustration has grown around how decisions are made—and who gets to make them. It’s led to tension, mistrust, and division. That’s not sustainable.
We need to rebuild trust. And we do that by:
- Making decisions openly and explaining the “why” behind them.
- Encouraging dialogue instead of shutting it down.
- Valuing dissent as part of a healthy process—not a threat.
Trust doesn’t come from PR. It comes from action—especially when things are hard.
Big Canoe is a place people are proud to call home. Let’s make sure our culture reflects that pride, not just our property values.
